Introduction
The migration problem in Yemen has mainly been started by the war and the conditions of the families and refugees who lived and are currently living in Yemen. The war in Yemen started in 2015, however, the state of Yemen was in great poverty a long period before the war erupted. Since the Yemenis Civil War begun, the conditions of health and well-being have degenerated into dangerous and unhealthy state of being.

Due to the civil war, the population of Yemen was forced to migrate has the country became extremely unsafe and unsanitary. This type of migration is as an involuntary migration, also known as a forced migration. This type of migration usually occurs when a group of internally displace people are migrated from their origin country due to many causes. Examples of those cause are; natural or environmental disasters, chemical nuclear disasters, or in this case, war. Involuntary migration is the hardest migration as many things are not secured or assured when moving as a refugee. |
Refugees destinationsDuring involuntary migration situations, refugees do not have a wide range of options as where to migrate to. This is due to the refugees having to find a country where they are welcomed, where it is possible to find a job to raise their family, and where the borders are not very strict in order to enter the country. The refugees usually try to find a country near their origin so that the transport to get there isn't to expensive or too hard as everything is taken away from them previously. Recently, countries like Germany, Turkey, and Pakistan have opened up their countries to host the refugees of Yemen and many more country, this makes the migration process slightly easier as their is a destination open for families and individuals looking for shelter.
|
These countries provide with jobs, health care and a shelter for the refugees migrating into the countries. The main problem encountered by refugees when fleeing the origin country and migrating to a new one is how to migrate. Depending on the country to migrate to, the transport for refugees can vary, however, often very unstable. Many refugees migrate illegally to countries by foot due to them not having correct documentation to enter a country. Others are able to migrate with boats and buses supplied by organisations helping refugees.
